30-Day Limited Guarantee

At GentleCare, we are committed to the quality of our products and your satisfaction.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not functioning as intended, you may request a replacement or a refund within 30 days of delivery.


Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or refund:

  • The request must be made within 30 days of delivery
  • The item must be unused and in its original condition, unless it arrived damaged or defective

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect:

  • You are not required to return the item
  • Please contact us with your order number and clear photo or video evidence of the issue

Once verified, we will offer either:

  • A replacement at no additional cost, or
  • A full refund to your original payment method

Refund Process

Once your request is approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3–7 business days.

Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.


Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Return Shipping

For items that arrive damaged or defective, returns are not required.

For all other approved return cases:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

Non-Returnable Items

  • Certain personal care items (where applicable)

Limitations

This policy does not cover:
